'Sticky' is the third one down from the top in RED. "Firmware loading"..I used his instructions...

You will need to download and install the Kryptview Arnet Loader software.
Once you have that then download the 03/01/11 update.
And remember where you downloaded it to, you will be asked for its location during install!

Then run the Arnet, according to the instructions.
It took me 3 or 4 attempts, but I got there in the end!

Hi, I only have 3 lights on the i-connector.The run light does not come on. any ideas please

l would like to know wot this problem is too .. l know someone with the same problem .. box was working fine still servers went off and now has only 3 lights on and the fourth did flash when clearing channels ? but dosnt know

is it an ip problem or is Birmingham still down ? cheers lm only into sat these days so out of date on these

Problem sorted had to download latest firmware via the laptop
And the iconnector was automatically updated as soon as it was
Reconnected to the kv750. Some channels back and run light on
As it was before.

I'v noticed two or three people on here having a problem with only one light on the icon. I can say I am number 4 . Is there a way to recon the Icon. I'v heard of a loader and software for the icon when it goes bust but not more than that. Any help much appreciated.

Tried lots of things oning offing, scan, factory def, reflash. latest 24/04/11 firmware.

I had the same problem as nokias with only one solid green light showing on the iconnector.
The solution is to actually flash the iconnector with a null modem and a special loader and software.
