was watching itv on kv then went to watch bbc1 at about 11:30pm box switched off and when i turned back on it was at scan screen switched off again still same scanned and got back channels that where working before wiped anybody know whats happend ?

Same thing happened to me, thought I must have made a mistake and hit on factory reset as I have been very familiar with that reset button of late.

more likely to have been switched off and went into standby scan if power goes off then channels get wiped i know a lot of guys who swirched box off unplugged at wall box would have been in standby scan at the time so bound to screw it up same guys disabled standby scan and problem nerver returned

ps it could also be you have a bad connection from psu to mainboard if it happens again then uplug and reseat connectionComment
