yes m8 i did factory reset then a rescan, but if u were already gettin SS1 ect u shouldnt need to rescan

just tried to do a s/w update,,and then cancled it. when the screen came back on i spotted a msg that said security fraud then disapered,,any one else noticed it?

how many times are people told not to do a s/w update over the net,channels were added,did you power off box modem and router for 30 secs then on,thats the first thing to check.
