well m8 considering ur in the kryptview section , i would imagine that u need a kryptview box , although they are for cable and not sat m8

have you got the new firmware that was released earlier today m8? if you havent....then...go to MENU, INSTALLATION, S/W UPDATE..

then the bx will reboot on its own....and just let it do its job...

Once the update is done...go to MENU, INSTALLATION, FACTORY DEF SETTINGS....and then re-scan
