LOST ALL CHANNELS.

Was all working fine last night about 85% of channels, and first thing this morning. Box as just gone down though, anyone else having trouble?

its fine.....they turn the servers off to do updates so we have the channels for prime time viewing

i live in the VM area of Tyne and Wear and most of the channels i had got back have disappeared again including sports 1 2 and 3 . I hope this is just a hick up whilst working on the servers ?? Thanks from mentorman

they turn the servers off in the morning so they can do updates....not to worry

BACK ON BUT BUDGIES !

Hi everyone again , just reporting in that most of my channels have came back on in the T&W area NE but alot of the Channels stutter and freeze for a second or two all day long . This is very irritating and spoils viewing of Discovery channels etc . Sports 1 2 and 3 dont do this or FTA channels ??? When i first bought my box and router i had this same problem and after changing a few settings of my router GUI it went ok ! Can anyone explain why this happens ?? Thanks mentorman

is there any software updates as yet people r saying24/3/11 or something like that but it will not update any help would be nice

Software not needed as yet !!

Hello Tubs , there isnt a software available as yet but when the servers are up and running 100% again , we will all be able to update our boxes using the S/W upgrade method in the box Menu !
