if i am right firmwere does not work or does not exist as up date does not work youshould be able to download shight from box thats what i have been told -

There is no bin file available for the march software it was loaded via sw update option on the box when everything was working.
03/01/2011 is the latest file available its in the download section you will need a null modem cable to flashComment
