    Running out of patience

    ok before you all start hitting me with ,you just have to wait and be patient! kv are on the job! thats the risk you take and bla bla bla, i have been patient for over 3 weeks now and my patients tank is near empty, ok kv have been clearly doing something to get it up and running, but whos to say they just got it going again to clear off the rest of there boxes in stock. i mean this new update, what is it really for ? it hasn't stopped my glitching nor give me anymore channels, and why they getting half the channels on and the rest off ? iv no i dear anyone have kv phone number ? i just need the disney and boomerang channels and the history channel back, my kids are going nuts in this house please help! and the playstation network is still down ! this just goes from bad to absolute devisation

    If you take a look through the mass of KV posts there is a lot of info scattered about, due to the circumstances its not just a case of switch on and go, there are other factors that have to be taken into account, like where the shares come from etc, patience although running thin for many is the only thing you can do at the moment,
    It will come right, but just remember its not as if its something you pay XX for every month and then can phone there faults dept if something goes wrong ! its an illegal service after all !!!!

              I bet you didnt post when all was rosey? Oh no, you were well happy when you had all the channels for free. Its simple! You pay your money you take your choice.

                if you are not willing to read the other posts why should we help you and calling people names will get you the boot,all the info is in the threads already,do you have a payed tv sub or just broadband,are you using splitters,what are your signal levels and quality like,how good is your cabling into house,there are more things that affect your box.if alex is a moron he must be an a+ guy

                    @OP There are so many factors as someone else has said, it could be the problem is at your end ,perhaps a look at all the factors in your control would be a start ,

                        I pay VM for the XL package. I also have a Dreambox s
                        I do get glitching from time to time however that is when i editing my cccam.cfg

                              thanks M8 your the one running out of steam most are only glad there box is working ,not 100% yet but you can see progress is being made if you cant wait then flog it and sign up with vm am sure you can get kids channels at a resonable price
