hi guys im in the same boat no channels or just a few,im geting bbc,itv the normal 5, however you guys are saying more are supposed to work if so how do i go about it, i have rescanned the box afew times and i still get the same om manchester 2,do i need to download the new firmware i know what i was taking on when i bought the box its the risk we all take, any help please.

MENU . INSTALLATION .S/W UPDATE. AND ALLOW THE BOX TIME TO REBOOT BEFORE TOUCHING ANYTHING.
for box to connect to internet you may have to power off modem router and box at rear for 30 secs then on leve it for a min then try the update.
when box reboots auto scan your provider from direct feed and with lan removed,insert lan cable when channels are loaded and reboot box modem and router for a connection.
