kryptview A780 & Apple time capsule not working

how do i link kv780 box with time capsule ? as this was working b4, did s/w update, network scan, tp scan, no basic chnl 1 2 3 4 5..

did scan exactly the same way,
here i have been using apple mac time capsule all this time & was working fine as it was set for time cap by my supplier, now that all the chnls are gone - i've tried both scans & software update over internet with rj45 linked to time cap & kv box

bit lost cable from provider into correct port at back?did you scan like on the video,look at it again i presume you have a live tv feed as in a paid sub,check this and answer also what firmware is on box? menu-system info it goes with a date on firmware.

just to add no idea what you mean time capsule, kv hooks up to tv with a scart lead,3 cables with kv power -plug,lan cable to router/modem and coaxial from tv provider.

co-axial was not connected properly - problem solved apart from a few missing + freezing channels,
software version : kryptview A780 pv3.8.00 / date 24/2/11
Time capsule : Router + HD by Apple (I guess it works with macintosh op. system ?)

glad you are sorted give it a while and more channels will be added and freezing/glitching sorted.

Also it didn't require me to do firmware update using null cable & PC,
I am novice to all these, but it worked with software update with lan cable attached,

the original sw would not work with your router and had to be tweaked in a later version so it could be you may be getting glitching till a newer version is released but am just guessing

you mean I need to update software of router (time capsule), At first router (time capsule) was blocking kva780 (no video though lan cable attached), so the kva780 box was updated(may be designed to work with time capsule) by the supplier & was working,
I still have problem of missing channels like sky news, cnn etc

still channels missing they will be fixed soon,kv are doing their best.

yes s/w through the lan let box reboot,factory reset and scan without lan,when channels loaded insert lan and reboot box modem and router... powerade29

kryptview not working! 'download not requested' please help!

hi there we got the kryptview a780 and it came with no instructions.

so far, we've connected the box via a null cable and usb serial conervtor, and ive downloaded a driver for the convertor.

ive also gotten as far as downloading the 'downtool'. however whenever i try to intsall the firmware, it says 'download not requested'.

been at this for a few hrs and going a little bit crazy.

if anyone can give clear instructions, or a a direct link to the drivers/firmware we need, i would be SOOO appreciative!

have box powered off at rear first,then press download and then power on box,instructions should be in box sandwiched between card board. or
