just install the new firmware that you can get hold of, and it will overwrite the old firmware.

are you sure you put 750 sw in it and not 780 if so icon will need to go back to your supplier
but never heard of invalid mac from 750 and icon

                      Correct Software !

                      Hello Powerade ,
first of all make sure you have put the correct software onto your A750 and it would be wise to do a factory reset before doing this and then again once the software has been uploaded to the box and it has rebooted ! Once you have done this , leave the Lan connection out of the I-connector and do a scan for channels in the normal way ! Try to see if you get any channels at all to see if the box is functioning ok . Now connect the Lan and reboot box Router and Modem before attempting to use the S/W update function in the KV Menu ! Now try to update the box with the latest update from the server using the Lan connection ! If you have problems doing this then check the I Connector is working as it should and Disable your Network card for a few seconds and then enable it again to refreshh it and hopefully you can connect successfully again ok !

Thats a good question but i dont know if he has a faulty I-Connector or running a spoofed network card etc etc . The more information people leave in these posts the easier it is to diagnose a possible problem and give more possibilities to try and solve the problem . Instead of hacking at my post with a MACHETE it would be better if you tried to help this guy instead of finding fault with my post !!!!!!!!!!!!! Last time i checked thats what we are supposed to do on here right ??????????

You obviously didnt read my previous post where it mentions in the first sentence about making sure he has put the correct software on his A750 . If he has put the software on the KV which is designed for the A780 by mistake .....this could be the reason behind getting the message of INVALID MAC address !!!!! OK so what you are a DK veteran but i joined before you but i dont come on here to compare dick sizes ... just help people with possible solutions to problems and i dont clock up posts by slating others and thats why my post count is lower than yours ok EINSTEIN !
