no channels

hi all i am getting no channels at all apart from free channels have fiermware update 24/4/11,done factory reset and rescan,all to no avail is anyone else in knowsley area getting same or have i a fault here

check provider first incase of local fault,also reboot all units to make sure you are connected.if not more waiting

sorted i think rebooted router,sports and discovery channels now on,do for now

Getting nothing in Gloucester apart from BBC etc. Been off all day. Reset and scanned 3 times so far today and still nothing.

Tried that time and time again, still nothing. There's two TP's for Glos, based in Bristol (1 and 2)I'll try the other and see what happens!! Need ESPN back for 5.30, here's hoping.

same mate. well i was getting everything until i switched off box and back on. lost everything. since then i have done everything like factory reset, re-scan, all units rebooted etc etc, nothing works.

Strange but that's done the trick. Always used 40971 as it's the stronger of the two. Just tried 40970 and I've got my sports back (for now). Fingers crossed for 5.30.

Anyone in Scotland got channels? I've lost all mine today and been trying rescans for the last hour to no avail.

wasting time if your firmware is not on 24042011 aas older firmware no longer works
