on now in watford reset router and ok now

Hi Folks

I,ve just rescaned my box as I lost channels. Still nothing. How do I reset the router? Is it as simple as plug-out and then replug?

swithch it off at the mains for 30 seconds and on again job done............

switch off all units ,that is box modem and router for 30 secs to get an ip addy.

sorry to sound dumb but what do you mean by the latest firmware etc. What should I be doing. I have only had the few sport channels and certain free to air, some of the discovery, and of course the asian channels sine it came back on.

All I did at the time was unplug the router and box for 30 secs and then plug back in . Should I be doing something else. Any advice would be appreciated.

you need latest software from april menu,installation,swupdate and it will download itself
