new update no working

hi all

i am trying to download the new fireware from my kv box, but it is not doing it , all i get is searching new update...., i have try the restore and try rescan but still no joy , can anyone help !!!

mine was the same m8 .what i did was switch off and striaght back on at the back while it said shearching for update
and it started i had tryed every thing m8 give it a go lets know if it works for you
