poor picture quality

There are quite a few channels which have poor picture quality they keep pictulating and coming up no or bad signal. I've done sw update, factory reset and re scanned. Does anyone know how to fix this I'm in teeside if it helps

They are late 70s but they were all working fine until I done a rescan to get ssprts2 back on

have you updated the firmware to 24042011 yet and factory reset and rescan and rebooted all units,signal level has dropped slightly and may cause your problem so check all connection also bad splitters.

I hadn't reported router and modem just done that and working a treat thanks

Hi philly, Im on Teesside also and Im trying to watch the Liverpool match. My tv keeps on glitching and sometimes, well almost everytime I have to go up or down a channel and then back to get the picture and sound back on.

Not to sound ungrateful but we all know why KV sell the boxes and we all know why we buy them. Some people have said thanks to KV for all their efforts and some people believe the KV boys are doing this for nothing but in reality the only reason people do things on this scale is because they can make plenty of wonga, make no mistake the KV boys are no exception.

That said it is about time they got their act together and sorted it all out once and for all. I know there will be obstacles put in their way and I can accept that they need time to overcome them but then people should not promise things they cant deliver.

At the end of the day this is a business and we the customer deserve better. It is amazing that now the adverts have come on my tv is glitch free..

Having said this I am more than happy with the 8 months Ive had my KV box and if it goes off tomorrow permanently I would have no complaints because I think I have had value for money. My gripe is if you are going to do something do it properly or not at all.

Right on time the half time talk is on and the clitching is back. I bet it doesnt click once the adds come back on.

Anyway, Im off to play football frustration once the second half starts. It goes off just as the action gets close to goal.

@robbeno true i think theres a manc scum in the KV team . Someone said its because of the amount of users on at peak times is the reason for the poor quality and the signal has dropped so could explain it, and the reason UFC was ok because most people were either out clubbing on this bank holiday weekend or asleep, but then again it could all be a load of tosh......YNWA JFT96
