hi there i posted about an hour ago i was not getting any sports here in fife i done what someone suggested, ideleted all channels done complete rescan, then turned the box of at the back. switched on again. pressed menu and whent to sw update the box took over and downloaded an upgrade. it came back on i now have sports plus gold and another few channels looks like is real/barca time tonite cheers posters.

Do a factory default mate then re scan give it a a go should b all good do you have the latest sw/fw............

i only have sky sports 1 and espn any help on how i update i only try sw update but nothing happens thanks

factory reset 0000 to delete.then power off box at rear for 30 secs then on as this now clears tps info.
rescan from direct feed no splitters or extensions and have lan cable removed.
when channels are loaded insert lan cable,
power off box at rear router and modem also for 30 secs then on.
some channels are still off so more patience needed

ill try do i pick my area in the network search then it will auto scan? thanks

How do I sort my signal issues out box keeps jumping whilst watching el classico!!

Hi,

SS2 is even not appearing on sports channel list. i did reset the uni and left it for 30seconds. then removed the LAN cable and did a scanning. Even after this I dont even see SS2. it sweems vm moved the channel and KV is not picking the channel.

Can I manually add that channel. please help.

sky 2 is on, it has stalled a few times during the barca match but at least its on, anybody know what channel the celtic game is on wed night

celtic game is on espn...... sky sports 2 was of my box last week.

thanks for the info, espn is on, sky 4 is not on, so sundays celtic game is donald ducked as its on 4.

if KV box didnt even pick SS2 , what I should. I reset several times and rescan but no luck. so the problem is KV is not identifying the SS2 channel.


please advice

how about turning the switch off at the back of the box and taking the cable out and starting again about 30 secs i had mine out it picked up the sw update on switch on.
