Kryptview channels out of sync

Got a Kryptview box and all channels are all over the place. can navigate with EPG, but was much easier when they were all in order.
Can anyone help?

Also my box is very slow and dont get all the channels all the time. Any ideas?

Channels shouldnt be all over the place it should be identical to VM channel listing. The box also auto sorts into categories for you.

only just joined but my problem is exactly the same as yours, channel listings are a mess.

i did an automatic channel search and this put all my channels in order. the only problem that i ended up with about 3 bbc1 and 3itv channels so manually deleted all extra channels and hey presto im all in order as before. Try it!
