Sky sports 2 DOESNT work

ive resetting everything. router, modem, box. Even did the software update, restored the box and then rescanned.

The sky sports 2 doesnt work on my box, but works on a different box a few streets up where I live.

All my connections, inc internet etc are far better.

I found if you go up to SS3 and back down to SS2 it came on.

ive done the latest software update. Done the factory reset and rescanned more than 20 times in the past 1 week. Made no difference at all.

i only get ssp s channels plus fx i dont have any of the rest tryed all the usual tricks am just guessing its a server prob at the min

are you sure you are on the correct ID m8 as there are a lot more channels working than you seem to be getting are you getting 80% signal Q

yea my signal is 82 on all of them they were all clearing till monday then nothing . im on a direct feed no spliters or nothing and i have also tryed both liverpool ids no difference also i am on the 24/4/11 firmware

got sports but nothing else is every1 having the same problem??

most of my channels am working bar movies n sum music, attheraces channel gone down 2day tho,not sure if every1 got the same problem regarding that channel,
ps sky sports 2 workking fine
