    Loss of channels

    Hi guts just got up to watch some Shed and it went so tried a factory rescan and now I've actually lost most of my channels litterally they're no longer there!!!

    when you factory reset and erase channels power off at rear for 30 secs then on ,scan on correct provider and net id and on direct feed and lan removed,insert lan when channels loaded,reboot box router and modem as is off at rear for 30 secs then on.
    not scanning all channels could also be a provider problem.

      I'm thinking it mayb a prob with vm as I've done all the rescanning and rebooting that can be done. Just pissed I'm missing fishing on Shed!!

        bookmark the vm website for checking for faults,i presume you pay a sub also so you wont get cut off.

            if you dont pay a sub your line may be cut off as no one is using it,if you payed for boadband you will get a low signal and may not scan in all channels,a paid sub for tv needs a higher signal for their box to work.
            you dont want to ring them up to tell them yor kv is not working

              Good job I've got a basic tv package from vm then, only prob is now just trying to stop the jumping on sports.
