factory reset and rescan without lan,when channels loaded insert lan and reboot all units.

Correct provider, all channels showing, EPG working but only get Scrambled or no video?

At moment kvare not working that well a lot of channels missing as long As you have LAN in and scan with right software just sit back and wIlt

did you power off box modem and router for 30 secs then on if you get encrypted ones working,some work some dont.

look in the down loads the latest update is the 24/4/2011

Download the Jan 2011 file first.

Update the latest via remote control,box has to be connect to net
Menu/0000/Installation/S/W Update
