hi guys great site little problem ever couple on minutes my channels freeze up then go off ..come back on after a minute more annoying than out else am i doing something wrong.?

i have sports 1/2/3 working,
espn and LFC tv was working afew days ago, but has been down on my box yesterday and today.
and sports 4, eurosport 2 & sports news has never worked.
but following works on SV 6
Sports 1/2/3/4
Sports News
ESPN, Europsport 2
LFC TV
