my sons KVA780 fell off his shelf last night, now when you turn it on it is just racing through the channel numbers, also when you go into menu it is racing through menu options, any ideas whats happening or how to fix...thanks in advance.

sounds like the ch ^ button is stuck on the front of the box m8

Had this problem as well m8, the kv box racing through the channels. Dont know if this would be the same as yours has been dropped. Mines needed reflashed again.

ive had this also with a new box i had to open it and take the front of and pop the channel + / - button out a bit and all was good.
