I have been having a problem putting the new software on my KV. I have done this before a few times and never had a problem. When I put the bin file in to the loader program and go start it comes up with STB editor "The downloading is not requested". Any ideas?

added info to other thread,please stick with one and not start another,box has to be off at rear before you press download then on -
