factory reset the box m8 and try again .try a tp close to your area and make sure you have up to date firmware on your box.also remove your lan cable when scanning.

back again m8,got channels back but only able 2 watch a few free view at first, next morn tha went off ,got a full list ov channels but none work,vm replaced modem wi mod/router, wud this matter coz now i cant have tv n laptop at same time,no prob b4 ?

im using a splitter 1 to a780 + 1 to mod/router was no botha with old mod but aint playin with new 1,any suggestions,also no channels workin, is it the case 4 now for most of us at the mo or is it just up hear in the north east,i hail from south shields (any otha sand dancers out there).

I know its a few days ago now and you may be sorted. did you have official subbed TV before new modem was fitted? if not just check if virg fitted an attenuator before your splitter. if so try removing it.
if not try connecting direct to your tv at the expense of your BB for a test. if it then works, you may need an amplifier.
