i use a splitter, so dont always get all channels even though they are on. so must be cos of the splitter

can any 1 help? every time i go to open bittorrent on my pc my kv starts messin up saying scrambled no video then comes bk .. and keeps doing it till i shut down bt. i have never had this problem b4. i was useing bitlord b4 but that wont work at all any more.. i am running on windows 7. plus i had a error message come up saying i had a ip conflict dont know if this is linked.
