No power on kryptview 780

Hi , I'm having a problem with my kryptview sat box, turned it on last nite and there doesn't seem to be any power getting to it ,I've changed the plug fuse and took the cover off and visually inspected the inside but I can't see anything wrong, no Lights on display or Ethernet port and it's only 6 months old, the last firmware upgrade I done was about 3 wks ago and it was working fine until now. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Have you turned it on with the switch at the back?

unplug lead from psu to main board and reseat you quite often get a bad connection failing that you need a new psu or repair yours

Did what you said - ALEX123, unpluged the box and took the cover off and pulled the 2 wired connectors off the part where it starts to go on to the board and then pushed them back on a bit tighter pluged in and powered up and hey presto the power is back ! Thank you pal
