Help Needeed KV HDMI Lead no scart

got a box and a television on the wall
ive got to hdmi cables built into wall but no scart cables
Can i get an adapter to put on the end of the hdmi to plug into the scart like a female end hdmi lead to scart
i do not want the scart to scart as i do not want wires to show any help much appreciated
