Can anyone help please?? I flashed my Krytpview box yesterday with 29/11/08 firmware, plugged in to tv to scan and tv screen is just blue and box is showing a dot on screen, tried using remote and buttons on box but nothing is happening.
What have I done wrong.

make sure your plug is properly connected to the socket. The dot is a common problem.
