kv780 channels missing

Hi can anyone tell me how to get discovery shed and qvc they have not been on since kv came back on, had them before it went down.

Hi can anyone tell me how to get discovery shed and qvc they have not been on since kv came back on, had them before it went down.

Don't use UK cable but fac-reset & scan for channels should pick up any missing channels. If not they may not be clearing on KV box
KV boxes use card/share system so some channels may not clear
from time to time. If you ensure all cable connections are good &
you have strong signal, you can't do much more. The KV team will be aware of any missing channels & will endevour to restore them.
If you are only missing those 2 channels I don't have too much
sympathy for you. Happy viewing

yeah unfortunately shed and qvc not yet available on kv,but the kv team are doing a brill job,no consulation i also have a sv7 shed and qvc available on this box,credit where credits due sv7 team also doing a top job
