    Problem with basic channels

    Hi Guys,

    Can any one advise why ITV and Channel 4 are constantly scrambled yet all other channels are available btw i am in the wolverhampton area.

      Have you tryed a factory reset and rescan a differant are?

          Hi mate ,
          are you trying to tune into the ITV and CHAN 4 on the higher numbers of 2060 2070 and 2080 or the correct channel numbers of 103 1nd 104 etc ?
          The very fact that you are getting the Package channels proves your setup is correct with the LAN and MODEM and the BOX is ok because you are getting ALL other Channels ! I would try and DELETE all channels aswell as a Factory Reset then make sure you are scanning on the correct net-id for your area ok !

              Tried Factory re set, problem seems to be that these two channels are the ones which regularly get scrambled so I might be watching something on ITV1 flick over to BBC and when i flick back to ITV it is scrambled..
              Might try the scanning on Wolves 2 see if that gets over the problem.

                  Hi mate - you may find that ITV and Channel 4 can be found on channel numbers 853 and 854 respectively.

                  I'm in Wolvo and have had the same problem in the past - for some reason ITV and C4 go on and off on numbers 103 + 104 a bit.

                  Let me know if going to Wolverhampton 2 makes a difference.

                      Mines the same on Knowsley net Id
                      Sometimes itv ch4 come through ok
                      Most times scrambled, I just use freeview to recieve these, I'm glad it's only these 2 channels

                          is this liverpool area? seems to have been a regular prob for a long long time.
