i have moved my krypt box into another room which is quite away from router so ive attatched a old 20m ethernet cable so it reaches the box but im getting signal level of about 56 and quality from zero to 20 which wire covers what is it cable feed for signal and why is my quality at zero thanks

Have a look at "Home plugs"

signal levels are for coaxial cable not lan,check your splitters or coaxial cable as box wont work correctly

just use powerline adapter

powerline adapter will work with your.what you need to do plug one adapter next to your router and other one in any room next to your box,and that will work very good and with full signal

ive ordered new cable as i think this cable i have is old i will let you know how i get on when it comes and ive ordered powerline plugs as well thanks again

Home plugs will save you having to run wires all around the house but check out cactikids post

homeplugs wont solve your signal problem its clear that you have a faulty connection/cable in your 20m extension coax cable thats where your signal Q comes from you should have 80% Q not 20
