my channels that are working are great guys and have all of whatobody else has , however my ntv music channels only seem to still be jumping and glitching, tried rescan and default setting still same, strange to my mate two streets down has same prob but unlucky for him its his sky sports that do this, any ideas or will it just cum gd again when all channels are back in the coming months????

Have you tried scanning without the Lan connected.
A couple of wks ago sum ov my channels used to jump but they have seemed to settled down to the point where ive got no glitching at all now, ive not done everything differently.
my personal opinion is that within a month provided your boxes are are set up properly that everything will be back and running smoothly, after the confidence grows again ( give that between 3-4 months) with kv and everything is running smooth.............bang.......... the new HD kv box will follow. ?????? ching ching.

Yes agreed but how many people these days have not got hd ready or full hd tv's.
Even in kids bedrooms if they are running more than 1 box have 22inch + that are hd ready.
Lets be honest kv is being left behind in the current market and to be honest the situation that happened in april woz a massive inconvence for them aswell because they know the only way forward if through HD.
Mark my words the HD box had passed the testing stage and woz very close to being released.
Now we are prob looking at oct-nov time

Thats fair enuff and to be honest very wise.
But if everybody had your attitude towards it kv would go down the pan.
Without new boxes being released the money dries up.
They would go under, change there name and just release a HD box, then even the A750's & A780's would be no good.
Supporting kv is like supporting a football club, if nobody bought there new shirt and just stuck with the same old shirt the club would fold eventually.

Try scanning on another ip address i had same problem when i done initial scan, changed ip and got full channel list

How do you change the IP adress?

sky sports news does work and sky sports 2, you need to scan again, these have worked fine fow weeks now.

Ive rescanned and reset all units for the past few months, SLY2 is still not working! I'm even getting 80% signal on my box for that channel!

Do a reset to factory default and delete all existing channels.

When you rescan you should get a list of areas up on the screen to choose from. i.e. manchester has 1, 2 and 3
choose an area close to you, it is not always the nearest though.

I am currently using manchester 2 but there is a number of areas around liverpool closer, but I don't get a full channel list using them.

If you post what area you are in i can probably suggest what you should be using. Otherwise a bit of trail and error until you get the right one. Just delete all channels between each rescan.

When you find the best one keep a note of it as you might need it again after software updates

It's kv we are on about here, if it was a sv I would say leave alone, seeing what we have had with kv's for the last year I am very happy with them, hd came out tomorrow I would buy one then, why leave it for 6 months and then miss out.
