1st Timer 60 Second Crash Course Request

EDIT: I figured it out cheers for the links anyway cactikid

Quick bit of help pls guys.

I know it's probably preference but for someone starting out already on cable, is it worth the switch from vm cable to a sky sat dish and pay the sub?

Isn't it hassle as won't I have to change to a BT Line? I have multiroom too so unless I can get round that easily (which I know you can - help!). Minimum is ?30pm which isn't bad.

Main reason for switching would obviously be quality and ease of use but also the PVR from an openbox.

Do HDD PVRs work fine with these?

Also I take it 3D is out the question.. any news of this in future development?

    read that
cable feed for signal and lan to decrypt the signal.

Thanks cacti, exactly what I needed.

Just checked out the blade twin tuner and it's perfect if it's the same as the one you're thinking about. Didn't Nag3 render them useless though?
