sky sports 1/2/3 and sky movies seem to be down

            Tried a different area and it wont even pick up the sky sports news channel in the list, itv3 and ch4 arnt even there now :S and most channels are glitching like sticking and going pixelated :S is there anything else i can try to rectify this problem?

                    Factory Default Setting which will delete everything then just scan all and should come back. Make sure you have your correct net ID.

                    Using your subbed box... Not the KV box.

                    Press the home button on your VM remote control.
                    Go to settings.
                    Then trchnical stuff.
                    Your net id is the first item on the list.
                    And let us know what provider it is as well.

                        no way it was a dodgy f connector on the back of the box i just tightened it on the coax cable its picked up sky sports news and there doesnt seem to be any pixelating, i would never have suspected that it would be that because most other channels worked fine

                        only problem is no itv and no ch4 coming up :-/
