hi l have a a780 kryptview box but am having trouble installing l need to change the area but cannot get into the areas to be able to change it l have step by step followed the instructions on here but seems to avoid the area bit can anyone help please

Default factory settings! ... Then you will get the option to choose your area, also remove the Ethernet while dng this and keep it removed while scanning put it back in after u scan

factory default and when done power off at back for a min deletes all channels tps etc.

i have been losing channels even the fta ! to get back channels i hav to turn box off and on and all channels work again problem is this is happening every 2-3 days.any help??

Check signal strength and quality if about 80%, you should be fine. Sounds like you have a bad connection on your cable feed, check f connectors, splitters etc
thats probably why it is an intermittent problem.
