help needed please a780

hi i have the a780 have all channels but keep losing itv and channel 4. when i watch any of the sly channels. would appreciate any help. i have factory defaulted numorous times and renooted but it still keeps happening. the last time i scanned they didnt show at all

me too with skyone. works if i scan, as soon as i change channel it goes....mate near me does not have this issue and all id etc.. the same, so pot luck maybe?

you have a signal or internet problem its been covered many times

Can't you just watch itv and ch4 on normal telly
instead of through the box ?

ok i looked around but didnt see anything....could you point me to the right thread? everything else is fine just this one channel for me. used to work after the "fix" but trouble since new firm-update. Thanks in advance.
