cable boxes are rubbish, wake up all!!

i am writing this in anger!!! i have a starview 7 and a kryptview and neither of them have the haye fight on, this is rubbish, what are we paying for!! loads of hassle, channels that dont work, glitchy, server going down and always having to uodate firmware. in addition to this you have to pay a new sub fee for starview when the date on yoyr box is up

i think its time i smell the gravy and admit the days of these boxes are numbered and when my sub ends on both of these boxes and never getting another.........a dish is for me in the future

Its a pay per view fight! Hence you pay for it. Fork out ?15 like the rest of us have! or stream it online n stop moaning!
Those who pay ?30 a month for skysports have to pay ?15 for Haye what makes you special!

i have to say i understand your sentiments regarding this box. People should be allowed to air their frustrations regarding the performance of this box without being targeted with abusive language from other members

Calling people idiots and scroungers is not necessary. I don't know why it is allowed on these forums

People who are new to these boxes need to understand the positives and negatives before spending money on these boxes. I know you get the channels free but there is still an outlay for the box.

Members here set upon anybody here who dares to criticise the box and then members get scared off from saying anything negative giving a skewed view to anybody who reads this forums on the performance of this box

I wish the admin here would clamp down on this behaviour

People who are new to these boxes need to understand the positives and negatives before spending money on these boxes. I know you get the channels free but there is still an outlay for the box.

This seems to be one of the major problems - people dont seem to be willing to do basic research before purchasing and just jump in with a unrealistically high expectation of what they are going to get.

Yes, you get SOME channels for free but you also take a risk that those channels may dissappear at any time either temporarily or permanently.

People also need to realise that PPV events are always going to be unlikely. You may get the odd one because somebody on the server crew is interested in the event themselves but generally they wont pay for these events. There's just too many of them for any server operator to commit to buying them all (remember, theres half a dozen 'nightly' ~~~~ PPV's these days - why should any server operator commit to purchase that lot every night ?)

if you aint happy then you must be grumpy or 1 of them seven dwarfs you bought the box to steal channels from the cable company and cos you cant STEAL ppv as well you are whingeing sell yer boxes and pay for sub box *************
