channels missing on kpvw

hello

i am missing some channels like sify, ary digital and a few others and all the ~~~~ is this normal or is every body kv is working, i have scanned a number of times not that im complaining all other channels like sky sprts, sky movies, discvry they are are working though

did you factory reset first and scanned from direct feed and lan removed?

i done factory reset and then auto scan, feed and lan connected

should i do scan as above but take lane out first

always best to take lan out so box does not get mixed info,if your signal is down you may lose a few when scanning,do they scan in but not work or not there as it could be an outside problem and will come back again.

yeah them channels aint working anyway. Nextime say 'don't work' rather then 'missing', because missing to me n other members judging from comments above meant you wern't picking the channel up in the channel list
