hi all help appreciated,when im sending download to the kryptview box am getting downloading data 0% for about 20 secs then the message download fail,just wondering what i am doing wrong.cheers.

Sounds to me like you are trying to flash or download the box whilst it is on. Turn box off at mains socket, press download then turn mains socket on. If this doesn`t solve your problem it could be you have the wrong cable or no connection between pc and box. -
have sorted now gave up on laptop and used brothers desktop.done in mins.cheers.Comment
