Locked installation menu ???

Hi all seem to be locked in a loop on my
A780 tried fact reset but when I try rescan
Says 0-9 already exists I can only apologise
If this has already been covered but there
are so many KV threads is like a maze out

When you factory reset the box pull the plug for two minutes before trying to rescan.

Thanks for the suggestion,Ok tried pulling power, only difference Is when I manually scan on ex TW I can pull a few channels bit I would usually
Scan NTL to pull around 53 tp's I am only getting 8 off NTL
(no channels)and 11off ex TW with approx channels Inc some sly movie stuff that is being cleared tried removing splitter, manual scan ,auto scan,can't seem to pick up required tp's to load channels if I could find someone to set
Me up for sat locally I swear I would jump at it,I am a patient
Man but this is testing my resolve , any help is much appreciated.bazzo
