    Q was 72 now dropped to 65 ?

    hi all

    whats Q i hear you ask ...

    well iv not ever had a problem with the few glitches my A780 gives, at all.
    except this last week all the disco channels are almost corrupt and my signal (Q) has dropped from a very nice 72% to a glitchy 65% and nothing has been moved/changed/messed with in any way ?

    im just curious to know if it is ... well fixable, i guess and if the kv gods can give a bit more erm ? signal / strength ???

    iv also noticed 2 more choices when picking the area code , i usually choose 2 = 40962 @860mh (i think thats correct) but there is another poped up on the same freQ ... so im unsure which is mine ? any1 know where the 4th code in the list is covering ???

      Q is for Quality of the Signal, which appears to have dropped slightly.

      Check all your cable connections and inparticular the f plug ends as the outer part of the cable touching the middle can cause this.

      Another cause can be water getting to the cable in the box outside.

              if you have removed all splitters checked connections etc and it still low then you need to call virgin and complain that you picture or BB is breaking up if you dont subscribe to any then you should as we all should be giving them something

                  I completely agree we should all atleast pay for bb or minimum tv! Rather than killing the goose that laid the golden egg better to give a little than take alot!

                  Bro as everone else said try a direct connection and check the f's or the snap n seals!

                          but it seems the problem wasnt with me ... just my box saying "kv are about to turn off again" or thats what i reckon as they now have no channels all over the uk it seems
