download problems

hi all
hope someone can help with this.
i have just bought a780 i am having problems trying to download
software onto my desktop.
when i download software onto my desktop it somehow links to a karaoke programme i have.
then when i try to download the kryptview loader this downloads as a .rar file which i then cannot open.
sorry if these are stupid questions, i cant figure it out

you need open it using "winzip" or "winrar" to
decompress (unzip) the file before
you can run it, you should be able
to download a free older version (or the
latest and run it on a 30 day trial)
You will then be able to run the loader program and then transfere the bin file to your kryptview box.
