got my kryptview up and running and your right it is a focking farse . for instance i lose all channels then i have to factory restore turn the switch of at the back of the box wait a min then turn it on and repeat what i did at the first time and all the channels are back . but is there an easyier way of doing it then spending 10 to 15 minutes to get it working again . i am going to be pulling my hair when the footy starts next month

it sounds as if its the lan that drops,it may depend what else is used at the time of the crash, you should not have to factory reset and rescan box,try powering off box modem and router for 30 secs then on to get an ip addy

They work on the boxes on some days, virgin work also which can make the boxes go off. Like above said you don't need to scan everytime, restart the box/modem can help, it is best to have your internet straight from modem to the kv box.

anything with a lan connection has an internet address,it can go down for number of reasons same as pc not connecting, common practice is rebooting all units to fix it.
