Thats cause you charge for it, to use your SV service, so would it not follow that you provide support for it, as they are paying for it? Same as CS on Sat, if something goes awry, the punter needs to contact the person they just paid, if your paying for the service or any service, does it not follow that you need to provide a port of call to your customers, KV dont charge, that a glaring difference

Lets cut to the chase, shall we, SV have screwed folks for years now, with multiple box releases (all easily fixed to work), shafting the Irish punters, people aint stupid to their antics with boxs, so I dont know where your gong with your childish "we have this, you have that" if thats all you can provide in way of why someone should use the SV box and service or should I say the Starview Francise, childish and sad, when fact and history speak volumes to anyone who does a bit of research, on any forum

I am aoob as well. all I did was go to S/W update in the install menu and it worked first time. all channels came back on 10 secs ago

Its not what I think, its History, its plain and undeniable fact, its whats I have seen, what others who are about long enough have seen and whats gone on before now with all cables boxs, I am basing my opinion on service, value and most of all, quality to the punter, its not a pissing contest, You can't come up with one shred of fact to prove what I have said is wrong,

Info about KV has always been available on forums such as this, always will, so thats a mute point you have made, if your pushing a product or service, you better make sure your homework is done and can answer anything thats put to you by punters or folks who know what they are talking about, but when it resorts to the child like response's, says a lot to folks

Were you not around when N3 came out? SV were still selling boxes that were never going to work. The SV team conviently disappeared with everyones cash after that. Now they are back with a paid for service!!

KV may be a lot of things, but the service is free. Support is not normally required. In the 2 18 months the the boxes have been out, they have gone down twice. I believe SV has been down more times, and for longer periods.

So dont come here spouting your drivel, unless you can back up your claims. Your clearly just touting for business, yet admitted you were getting a KV yourself.
