no entertainment channels on kryptview , i have done scan and reset , any help please

I only have a few channels since last night

Sky Crime & Thriller

Sky Premier

All the other channels are showing as blank, I have tried automatic search, rebooted modem and box but no joy. Im in the south wales, newport. Is anyone else having the same issue or know how to fix it?

in birmingham is anyone else having trouble getting the 1tv 2 ,comedy central ,eurosport channels,
signal says 88 quality says 0
any ideas please
have tried rescan...reboot...checked all wiring...no splitter....new router fairly new modem as well........
used come on first thing when put box on but go off after a while tried turning power scan off then but no joy
is this a birmingham problem or are others having it
help appreciated

People not getting all the channels on the list have something wrong their end

yep their end,local breakdowns with tps down while upgrading the network,bad cable splitters etc and loose fittings.

curious if you pay for a tv package or broadband package or what ,as a kv needs around 82% signal level and quality,as yours is 0 thinking outside problem on cable,curious if you tried another net id would it work then.

got an xl vm package and broadband
all other channels ok on kv but.....
very strange itv 2 eurosport on this morning when got up
stayed on for an hourish soon as changed channel to SS1 for a while then back again ..signal gone
anyone know reasons for this
have tried turning power scan off once on bu that no good either...
im stumped

There is problems with those two channels and others using the same TP this is the same for all.
