You will have to do factory reset to get areas up on next scan.
Also make sure you update box via s/w update in menu before you scan.

saved firmware problem

Hi can anyone help. Have saved firmware to PC but when I try to flash it to box it comes up download failed. I am using the correct connector cable according to tutorial. I am a bit of a novice so any helpful tips would be appreciated.

if you look or read again,does it not say to have box powered off at rear first then press download and power on box?
