lost all channels

hi live in knowsley L/pool lost all channels apart from FTA for the last 4 days done a factory reset and can see the box finding all the channels.also i connected the box up at the mates house and it works no problem,gets all channels dont use a splitter and have a new earthnet cable any idea what else i can try.

its the basic trick fix for no ip connection,its the first thing to try before you tell panic
