Well done KV team, but lets face it this is an ever occurance, so get used to the interruption to the service if you havn't already. The sat rout is the way to go beleive me.

My SSN is working & so to is SS4 but whenever i tune into SS4 the picture keeps breaking up its soo annoying i've checked all the cables/connections everything is fine even my net i.d and i've updated the box yet still the picture keeps breaking up my net i.d is 40961 btw can any1 plz help me out thanks!
