in the black country all channels gone, i tried rebooting which i think i should not have done, no luck

ive been quoted 100quid for a new patch,

Off in bristol.

Thought id sign up to get info on these having only had my box for around 4 weeks.

Was working fine yesterday, woke up this morning to find all my channels had gone. switched it on just and i have Channel 1,2,3,4,5 and Sky Sports 1,2,3,4 and SSN. but they keep coming and going.
