Loss of channels and glitching AGAIN

most of movies and still some kids channels are off in staffordshire any one else having the same problems. lost all movies and sports last night around 9pm. does any one have any answers as to why they carnt just get all the channels working like the good old days ever scince it went off in april it been shit
