I've just flashed the box to the latest firmware and went to automatic search > Telewest/Network > search. It searchs for TPs and then it starts searching the channels, but no channels come up and it takes me back to the easy installation page. I'm guessing its because i haven't picked the right net id? (which i don't know how to do) if someone could help me out i would be really grateful!

Issue has been fixed, it was a dodgy wire that wasnt allowing any signals to be sent to the box!
